INGREDIENTS 28 oz can crushed tomatoes with basil 1/2 onion, finely diced 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced 3/4 cup vegan Parmesan 1 tsp Trader Joe’s Italian style soffritto seasoning 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic granules INSTRUCTIONS Dice onion and mince garlic. Heat a small amount of oil to pan, then add onion and garlic. Sauteed until onions become translucent. Once onions are cooked, add crushed tomatoes to pan.
