INGREDIENTS
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes with basil
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup vegan Parmesan
- 1 tsp Trader Joe’s Italian style soffritto seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic granules
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dice onion and mince garlic.
- Heat a small amount of oil to pan, then add onion and garlic. Sauteed until onions become translucent.
- Once onions are cooked, add crushed tomatoes to pan.
- Add spices and vegan cheese
- Simmer sauce for 20-30 minutes.
