Happy Wednesday! I hope your day is going well so far.

Are you struggling with meal planning? Don’t be too hard on yourself. If you are new to meal planning and feeling overwhelmed, here’s what you need to do to have a very simple meal planning system that works.

Just 2 things…
1. List your family’s favorite food and recipes

You only need 5 minutes to do this. Your goal is to only have a reference to the food your family loves.

First, write down your family member’s favorite recipes that you know of. Don’t waste time asking them…for now. Just focus on having that list written down, then ask them later to add more to your list.

2. Plan your meals
You only need 15 minutes to do this.

Plan a week’s worth of meals based on your family’s favorite recipes you listed earlier. Don’t forget to include leftovers to the menu.

To make it a lot easier, use the grocery list, freezer, pantry, and fridge inventory printables from this meal planning bundle before you shop for what you need.

Just 15-20 minutes to plan your meals at the beginning of the week and you’ll have a less stressful week in the kitchen.

You’ll get better and quicker next time because you already have your family’s favorite recipes at a glance.

For easy meal planning, check out the Meal Planning Binder, beginner’s guide and recipes for busy moms with picky eaters.

For a limited time, you can download the bundle for just $5 ($12.95 value) until Friday.

Until Next Time!
