Ann Taylor blouse xxs petite, pumps 5, pants 00p c/o, textured blazer 00p c/o (slightly shrunken fit)
I’m partnering with Ann Taylor to share a few recommendations from their fall arrivals, just in time for their awesome Cyber sale that ends tonight (Monday). Use code FALL50 for 50% off and free shipping on everything! Whether you’re trying to build a polished wardrobe from scratch or just looking to add a few select pieces to update your closet seasonally, below are a few standout items from my try-ons. I love how several of these are designs that I got years ago (just updated in new colors or patterns), which speak to the longevity of the styles.
1. Tie neck blouse
Very versatile with pants, skirts, even jeans. The material drapes beautifully, and although it is lightweight, this one isn’t sheer if you wear skin toned undergarments. This is a little differently from your standard tie neck blouse due to a very slight gathered puff at the shoulders, which I like as a feminine detail. Also available in a burgundy this season.
2. Belted Wrap coat
The ever popular coat at the best price yet this year! Grey herringbone is now available in petites in addition to black. See my older review post here on this forgiving coat that works well over thick layers or even a baby bump.
3. Mock neck smocked sleeve blouse (also in green)
A seemingly simple looking blouse, but the higher mock neckline and the gathered sleeves create an elegant and elongating silhouette, especially when tucked into bottoms. Material is lightweight and fluid for easy tucking. This was clearly popular at my local store and sold out in small sizes for all colors!

4. Windowpane sweater skirt
I have the red version of this skirt from two years ago! This knit skirt is fitted, flattering, and even bump friendly (for my expectant mamas, I tried this skirt on with a lump of sweaters stuffed in at the belly and it fit very comfortably!). Color is a deep green windowpane that’s beautiful for fall. Note however this skirt might be a little too curve hugging for a professional office setting.
5. High rise straight leg jeans
Initially reviewed here and also worn here (also check out the jacket in that post if you’re looking for a thicker weight textured blazer). These are you standard high rise, straight leg jeans that can go from casual office to weekend wear. Absolutely love these after cutting the hems on mine, but note the waist fits a little looser than my other denim in the same size. These were my jeans of choice for a cross country flight because they are so comfy!
6. Doubleweave skirt
My pants here are unfortunately nearly sold out in petites, but the same nice quality, medium weight double weave fabric also comes in the form of this A line skirt! Note the color in person looks less golden yellow and more of a deeper mustard with olive-brown tones.
Ann Taylor’s shoe collection is also fantastic as ever this year. In addition to the Azra suede pumps I’m wearing (the “dark camel” in person is more of a coffee brown), check out their bow pumps aplenty in all different heel heights, and chic new bootie arrivals during this Cyber sale.
