Churchmouse Spring Tea (Green)
Say hello to Spring, the fourth in our collection of seasonal tea blends by the incomparable Portland-based blender, Steve Smith.
Delicately flavored, this blend starts with Chinese full-leaf green tea, and adds hyssop, lemon myrtle, elderflower and a bit of jasmine green. Think fresh starts, new endeavors. Sure to please the green tea veteran and coax the beginner into a second cup. A tea to drink generously!
Brew gently for 2–3 minutes in water that is not too hot (bring water to a boil and let it sit for a couple of minutes), 175° is ideal.
Fifteen well filled sachets sealed into a charming string-tie carton that looks great on your kitchen counter.
