Well it’s been a crazy couple of weeks around here! Last week I took the kids to New Orleans for spring break and the day we arrived everything we had planned to do – World War II Museum, Audubon Aquarium and Zoo – all closed due to coronavirus concerns. We made the best of the trip and created our own tours and took the trolleys all over but by the time we got back home all restaurants everywhere had closed to inside dining and all our local stores were out of bread, milk, eggs and toilet paper. While I keep a stockpile of paper goods and cleaning products we did need the rest of those staples so have slowly been able to get eggs, bread and milk and today I just shopped for some BOGO deals to fill in the gaps. Today at Publix I bought $99.77 worth of groceries for $35.91, or 64% off after coupons. Here are the deals:
